As a graduate of Electrical Engineering, it is obvious that on graduating, we lack enough practical experience as required in the field. It has been suggested that one could take up volunteer jobs or unpaid internship so as to gain experience while waiting to be fully employed. I have applied to a lot of companies requesting this position for months now without replies. I'm not after the money, all I want is to gain useful on the job experience. nnMy question is:n1. Any suggestions on companies that accept volunteers?n2. How does one approach companies to request a position?

I served in 2011 after graduating with upper degree in 2010. I read microbiology and am yet to get a job in my field. Do you think I will still get a good job without much practical knowledge. And is there anything I can do to acquire a practical knowledge in microbiology and biotechnology?

I love the drawing aspect of course which I only had little of. I am very good in researching on any material online. Or learning how to use softwares. I taught myself how to use the computer but I feel I do not have an exact skill. Because all I really do is look for it online and I get understand it. Kind off like a jack of all trades. I need your advice on what path to follow. I also understand electronics very quickly and the only consistent thing I always apply in My life is calculations. In dancing, singing, walking, and all. Any advice would be helpful.
