The concept of diversity encompasses acceptance and respect. It means understanding uniqueness, and differences. Diversity is the exploration of differences in a safe, positive, and nurturing environment. It is about embracing and celebrating the rich dimensions contained within.
Creativity is a phenomenon whereby something new and valuable is created, which can then manifest in any number of ways, but most often, they become something we can see, hear, smell, touch, or taste.
At its core, PushCV was built on the foundation of these two values. We understand that building capacity involves working on the various parts that make up a person, and invariably, a career. And then with this understanding, we have come up with new ways to implement these common needs.

Our choice of colours are of course inspired by both our core values, and the people. We value what the people think, we value what they see; and we want to embody all that is loyal and trustworthy. Our logo and its colours encompass everything we envision for the future of our users.
The Blue Family
Blue shades are associated with depth and stability. It symbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom, knowledge, confidence, intelligence, faith, truth and sincerity, integrity and seriousness
The Red Family
These colours represent passion, enthusiasm, fascination, happiness, creativity, determination, attraction, success, encouragement, and stimulation. They are symbolic of strength, endurance and stimulation of mental activity.
The Green Family
The Greens are the colour of nature, symbolizing growth, harmony, freshness, and fertility. Green has strong emotional correspondence with safety, growth and hope.
The Yellow Family
Associated with joy, happiness, intellect, and energy. Yellow indicates honour and loyalty.
We have taken the time to understand the psychological implications of these colours and the messages we are sending are instinctive, subliminal, and powerful; and they are intertwined.
The job market is a difficult one so we thought to ourselves, “If nothing is changed, we would keep doing the same thing others are doing”
And so, with great intent, we had to disconnect from the convention, we changed our approach. PushCV is focused exclusively on solving employment problems through capacity building.
What we Believe
In PushCV, we believe that if great people are employed in an organisation, that organisation will grow, and that will create more jobs for other people.
Our systems were built from scratch, allowing scalability, flexibility and creativity. Our dedication and cross collaborative efforts to improving on this service helps us apply what we’ve learned to new products. We believe that persons should secure jobs based on their skills, knowledge and experience, rather than who they know or what their certificates say.
